This page lists all your sent audio files, providing an organized history for easy review and management.

Let's look at the things on this page. In the table, you have

Station: The "Station" column displays the station associated with the audio. You'll also notice indicators that specify whether each audio is received or sent.

Audio: Within the table, the "Audio" column displays the audio content associated with each entry. This allows you to listen to the audio directly from the platform.

Message: In the "Message" column, you see the transcribed text. You can convert audio to text by clicking "Transcribe Audio." The system will create a text version of the audio content. If the text appears automatically, it's because of the transcription settings. Let's go into that in a bit.

Actions: This column has a quick action button.

  • Play: Click on the "Play" button to listen to the selected audio file directly in the dock.

  • Download: You can download the audio by clicking this button.

  • Delete: Select the "Delete" button to remove the chosen audio file from your storage.

Received: This section shows the date and time you received the audio.
