My Plan

You can access the details of your subscription through the My Plan page:

Click on the profile icon and select "My Plan."

On the Subscription page, you can view important information about your subscription, including:

  • Subscription ID: Your unique identifier for the subscription.

  • Current Status: The status of your subscription (active, expired, etc.).

  • Add-on Docks: This refers to the total number of docks associated with your account. You have the option to add more for a monthly fee of $10 directly from the page.

  • Add-on Users: This refers to the number of users currently under your management. Additional users can be added for $10 per month.

  • License Type: Specifies the type of license you hold.

  • There is also an option to manage your organization account. Your plan, billed monthly, is valid from 26 July 2024 to 29 July 2024.

In addition, there is a transaction history table that provides a comprehensive record of your transactions, including Subscription ID, Plan Type, Quantity, Amount, Payment Date, and Invoice.

  • Subscription ID: This is a unique identifier for your subscription.

  • Plan Type: This column specifies the type of plan that is associated with the transaction, such as "Basic," "Standard," or "Premium."

  • Quantity: The quantity column indicates the number of items or the extent of the service covered by the transaction.

  • Amount: This column displays the monetary value of the transaction.

  • Payment Date: The payment date column shows the date when the transaction occurred.

  • Invoice: This column provides the invoice number associated with the transaction, which can be used for reference and record-keeping.

Finally, you have the option to manage your subscription and cancel it if needed.
